I’ve been recovering from a calf injury and this week it finally feels like I’m starting to ease back into some running. I’ve also been experimenting with a few packaging ideas for the Mileage Mate Signature Towel, which has been a fun process.
I was lucky enough to get along to the Albie Thomas Mile event in Bankstown, where I saw (among others) a 19-year-old Cameron Myers run 13:32 for 5000m in very hot conditions. Truly inspirational stuff.
Below is a link to a review I’ve posted on the earphones I use both for training and everyday life. It might be a little late as a Christmas gift idea, but they’ve been serving me really well and felt worth sharing.
I still have a few spots available for online coaching or run programming, so please feel free to forward this on to anyone who might be interested.
As always, thank you for your support — I genuinely appreciate it. I’m always keen to hear any feedback too, so feel free to reply to this email.
Have a great week ahead. Get out there more.
Much love to you and yours, Charl
