🏅 About Me
I've been running for more than 25 years, and I’m still a student of the sport — always learning, experimenting, and absorbing everything I can about distance running and endurance sport. Over that time, I’ve competed across a wide range of events, from 800 m on the track through to 100 km ultra trail races, which gives me a broad, practical perspective on training for different demands and distances.
Some highlights from my own running career include the following PBs:

Coaching is $90 per month, and I have limited spots as I only take on a small group of athletes at any given time.
This allows me to stay truly hands-on, provide individualised attention, and adapt training specifically to you — not a generic plan.
